Beginning 0300L, ODA personnel conduct a covert reconnaissance mission throughout the assigned Area of Operations to collect actionable intelligence identifying the location, timing, and purpose of a suspected cartel leadership gathering.

The detachment will avoid detection whenever possible, exploit all intelligence opportunities, and exfiltrate with recovered intelligence to enable future direct action operations.
